Your lash and eye health – and the lash and eye health of your clients – is very important to us. It is for this reason we have a strict no-refund or exchange policy on any lash products.

Rest assured that in the rare event a product you receive is faulty or damaged, that product will be refunded in full upon return of goods. Shipping

Your product will be mailed to you within two business days of receipt of payment. If for some reason your product is delayed, Image Is Everything: Lashes and Brows Christchurch will contact you as soon as possible to update you on your item’s expected delivery date.
