IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR APPOINTMENT?

To secure your appointment, a 50% deposit is required. This ensures your booking is confirmed and reserved just for you! Let me know if you'd like further adjustments.

 

DO YOU ACCEPT AFTERPAY, LAYBUY, AND CASH PAYMENTS?
Yes, we accept Afterpay and Laybuy as in-store payment options, giving you flexibility to choose what works best. While cash is welcome, for your convenience, we also have EFTPOS machines available at each of our salons.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK?

To ensure your preferred time slot, we recommend booking your appointment at least one week in advance. You can also conveniently schedule your next visit while you're in the studio. During special events and busy seasons—like Christmas, Cup Week, and Wedding season—appointments fill up fast, so booking well in advance is highly advised to secure your spot!

 

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN OR FRIENDS?

For safety and comfort, we kindly ask that children or friends do not accompany you to the salon. Our space and equipment are designed specifically for your appointment, and insurance guidelines require us to maintain a professional environment. Thank you for understanding!

 

IS PARKING AVAILABLE?

Yes, we provide convenient parking options at all three of our locations. Roadside parking is readily available, and our Hornby location also offers on-site parking for added convenience.

 

WHAT ARE THE SALONS OPENING HOURS?

Our salons are generally open Monday to Saturday, from 10am to 6pm. However, opening hours may vary across our three locations. To confirm the specific hours for each salon, please call or text us at 021 184 8485. We’re happy to assist!

 

SHOULD I WASH MY FACE BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT?

To make the most of your appointment time, we ask that you remove all eye makeup and thoroughly wash your eyes beforehand. This ensures we can focus entirely on applying your new lashes, without any delays caused by makeup removal.

 

WHAT ARE EYELASH EXTENSIONS?

Eyelash extensions are lightweight fibers made from synthetic, faux mink, or silk materials. They are individually applied to your natural lashes, creating a fuller, longer, and more voluminous look while enhancing their natural beauty.

HOW LONG WILL MY EYELASH EXTENSIONS LASTS?
Eyelash extensions are designed to enhance your natural beauty, but it's normal to lose up to three natural lashes per day. After three weeks, an average of 63 lashes may have fallen out. To keep your extensions looking flawless, we recommend scheduling in-fills every 2-3 weeks for optimal results.

 

HOW LONG WILL MY LASH EXTENSIONS APPOINTMENT TAKE?

Your lash extension appointment will take approximately 1 to 2.5 hours. The exact duration depends on the lash style you choose and the expertise of the artist. This time ensures you receive the perfect, customized look!

DOES GETTING EYELASH EXTENSIONS HURT?
No, getting eyelash extensions should not hurt when applied properly by a trained professional. The process is usually painless and comfortable. However, if you experience any discomfort during the application, please inform your lash technician so they can make adjustments to ensure your comfort.

 

IS THERE ANYTHING I SHOULDN'T DO AFTER GETTING MY EYELASH EXTENSIONS?

To ensure the best results, avoid swimming, showering, going to the gym, using a sauna or steam room, or cooking over a hot surface for at least 12 hours after your lash extension application. This allows the adhesive to cure properly and helps prevent premature lash loss. After this period, you can treat your lashes as your own—just with a little extra care!

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY EYELASH EXTENSIONS?

Proper care for your eyelash extensions is essential to keep them looking great and lasting longer. Avoid rubbing or pulling your lashes, and make sure to keep them clean. Use a gentle lash cleanser and brush them regularly with a clean spoolie to maintain their shape and appearance.

 

DO I NEED TO HAVE MY EYELASH EXTENSIONS REMOVED AT THE SALON, OR CAN I REMOVE THEM MYSELF?

You have two options for removing your eyelash extensions: you can let them naturally fall out over 3–4 weeks as your lashes go through their life cycle, or you can have them professionally removed by one of our skilled lash artists. For the safest and most gentle removal, we recommend opting for professional assistance, as we use a specialized adhesive remover to prevent any damage to your natural lashes.

 

ARE EYELASH EXTENSIONS SUITABLE FOR EVERYONE?

Eyelash extensions are suitable for most people and can beautifully enhance your natural look. However, if you have specific eye conditions, allergies, or sensitivities, it's advisable to consult with a professional or healthcare provider to ensure they’re the right choice for you.
